This portfolio is constructed to provide a healthy, growing income stream to investors. A typical cash investor would be a retired individual who requires income, or, alternatively, an investor who has a lower risk appetite, and would prefer not to leverage the investment. We conduct a full financial needs analysis based on your requirements before proposing our property investment solution. With this investment the client uses the bank's balance sheet to create an asset which is paid off in approximately 10 years. Clients then receive an annuity income to supplement their existing earnings. This investment is tax efficient as the client can offset borrowing costs and the annual administration fee from the gross income received. 3PM constructs and manages a portfolio of listed property shares, in line with the client's needs and objectives. All income derived from the R2 million listed property portfolio is used to repay the loan over a period of approx. Christian has 19 years experience in the South African financial services industry.
