Our Spa menu offers an extensive variety of health and beauty enhancing treatments to ensure that our guests feel pampered and relaxed. We recommend no exfoliation or extreme sun exposure prior to and at least a day after wax treatments. Soothing emollient can be applied to reduce post effects. Erythema and hive like effects can be expected with waxing. Sustainability is a growing concern in our current climate. We at Spa Royale are focused on being aware of our environment and educating ourselves on what can be done to reduce wastage and consumption, and improve on sustainability. This is the way forward to ensure a happier, healthier planet. Spa Royale takes it’s commitment seriously and has carefully put in place new measures to address sustainability. Proving that the change starts here, with each person and company, in making a difference. Out with facial mittens/non-biodegradable sponges and in with 100% recyclable toweling material that not only provides a hygienic option but due to being manufactured by pure wood fibers makes it completely eco-friendly. Out with buying small quantities and in with buying bulk to reduce wastage. Out with using plastic wraps and in with using biodegradable wraps instead. We also ensure our wastage is separated into recyclable groups. Saving energy is also a growing concern and we will contribute to conservation by reducing energy consumption on laundry, and rather invest in a biodegradable option. We wish to make your experience as comfortable as possible while maintaining your privacy and comfort during your treatment. We do have disposable underwear available if required. Please feel free to bring in your bathing suit and a change of clothes for after your treatment. Your treatment is done in a private room that does not require you to move around. You will be made comfortable in a room dedicated to servicing your needs. Should you be booked to make use of the spa facilities/wet treatments, please bring a swimsuit to enjoy our hydrotherapy area or disposable garments can be provided. Spa Environment -Your spa environment is one of tranquillity and relaxation. Kindly note all treatments are carried out at your own risk. Spa Royale cannot be held liable/responsible to any loss/damage to personal belongings/persons. Please consult your doctor before using the spa heat and water facilities or exercise equipment if under medical treatment. For Mom’s to be, please note we have specifically designed treatments to care for both of you, so do allow our therapists to guide you in selecting the treatments that are most suitable for you during this special time. We recommend that you drink lots of water after your spa treatment to help accelerate the elimination of toxins. Our therapists will always use draping techniques to respect your privacy. Group bookings, couples bookings, and bookings made on weekends and during peak season require advance payment to secure your booking. Payments are to be made within 24 hours or bookings cannot be held.
